30m IR Over HDMI Extender Kit

Description

This simple to use plug and play extender allows you to control up to 4 AV source devices* via IR remote control over distances of up to 30m without direct line of sight. Perfect for use with concealed AV installations and for use with non-CEC equipped HDMI AV products.

Using existing HDMI cabling including Lindys Active HDMI Extension Cables and Fibre Optic Hybrid HDMI Cables the IR over HDMI Extender Kit sends IR signals in place of CEC commands whilst continuing to deliver the original HDMI signal. The Infrared over HDMI Extender delivers full control of your AV equipment and helps overcome CEC limitations or incompatibilities.

The IR Receiver is also small enough to be discreetly attached to a TV via its adhesive base whilst the IR Emitter features an adhesive front allowing it to be positioned directly over an IR port. The IR Receiver and Emitter can easily be extended using standard 3.5mm audio extension cables.
